Insolation Energy - Grant Of Options To The Eligible Employees Under - Insolation Energy Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 ('ES

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th August, 2025 has approved the grant of 23,000 (twenty three thousand) options pursuant to the Insolation Energy Employee Stock Option Plan 2024(\ESOP 2024\/\Plan\) at the exercise price of Rs. 3.80/- (Three rupees and eighty paise Only), to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiary, associate, group companies.
