Silky Overseas Q1 net profit jumps 71.95% at Rs 2.82 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 71.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.49 per cent at Rs 25.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.81 per cent to Rs 21.55 crore from Rs 18.77 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 55.46 per cent to Rs 3.70 crore as against Rs 2.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.43 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 20.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore
