Oswal Pumps Q1 net profit up 20.02% at Rs 74.04 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 74.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 61.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.78 per cent at Rs 443.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 355.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.52 per cent to Rs 330.70 crore from Rs 265.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 78.43 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.54 per cent to Rs 112.86 crore as against Rs 89.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.59 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 80.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.56 per cent at Rs 25.83 crore (Jun'24 Rs 20.41 crore).
