Aegis Vopak Terminal Q1 net profit jumps 93.38% at Rs 42.66 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 42.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 93.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.88 per cent at Rs 138.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 129.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.68 per cent to Rs 32.68 crore from Rs 28.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 219.46 per cent at Rs 10.67 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.42 per cent to Rs 105.67 crore as against Rs 101.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.30 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 37.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.22 per cent at Rs 12.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 9.20 crore).
