To consider and approve the Draft Notice of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix day, date, time and venue of the same.\r\n2. To consider and approve the Board's Report along with its all annexure thereto.\r\n3. To fix the date of book closure of register of members and Share transfer books of the Company for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.\r\n4. To appoint the Scrutinizer to scrutinize voting process of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.\r\n5. Any other matters with the permission of the Chair.\r\n
