GSM Foils Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 21, 2025, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 1281165 : 12811649, i.e 1281165 Equity Shares for every 12811649 Equity Shares held. Issue Price is Rs. 180 per share.
