M & B Engineering Q1 net profit zooms 106.78% at Rs 15.26 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.26 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 106.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 60.38 per cent at Rs 228.33 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 142.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 57.69 per cent to Rs 203.14 crore from Rs 128.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 38.51 per cent at Rs 4.28 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 3.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 85.90 per cent to Rs 25.19 crore as against Rs 13.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.86 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 21.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.65 crore, while Taxation increased by 120.35 per cent at Rs 4.98 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.26 crore).
