Abram Food - Intimation Of Book Closure And Cut-Off Date For E-Voting

Pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 & Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation) 2015, The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 23rd September, 2025 (Tuesday) to 29th September, 2025 (Monday) Both days inclusive. \r\nPursuant to Sec 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time) and Regulation 44 of SEBI, LODR 2015, the Company has fixed 22nd Sept 2025 as Cut off Date to determine the entitlement of Members to participate in voting process with respect to business to be transacted at 17th AGM. The Company would be availing the services of CDSL.\r\nRemote E-voting shall commence from 25th Sept 2025 (9.00 AM IST) and ends on 28th Sept, 2025 (5.00 PM IST)\r\n
