Gandhar Oil Refinery - Intimation For Non-Applicability Of Re-Lodgement Of Transfer Requests Of Physical Shares.

Since the Company got listed in November 2023 and all the shares of the Company are in 100% Demat mode and there are no physical shares, the SEBI Circular dated July 02, 2025 for Re-Lodgement of Transfer of physical shares is not applicable.
