Ather Energy - General Updates

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform that in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Ather Energy Limited ('the Company') has completed dispatch of physical letters to all members of the Company whose e-mail addresses were not registered in the records of the Company/ Depositories/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, August 22, 2025, inter-alia, providing the web-link and exact path of Company's website to access the Notice of the 12th Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report of the FY 2024-25.
