NIIT Ltd. has declared 50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2025

NIIT Ltd. on Tuesday, 13 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 04 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 04 September 2025.

The last five dividends are 37.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 05 September 2024), 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 November 2023), 150% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 08 February 2022), 125% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 July 2021) and 100% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2020).
