Cochin Shipyard has declared 45% Final dividend for the financial year March 2025

Cochin Shipyard Ltd. on Thursday, 15 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 45 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 12 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 12 September 2025.

The last five dividends are 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 February 2025), 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2024), 45% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 September 2024), 70% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 February 2024) and 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 November 2023).
