KPI Green Energy - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Credit Rating

KPI Green Energy Limited informed the exchange that ICRA Limited has converted its provisional rating to final rating of ICRAAA+(CE) (Stable) for the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) - 'GREEN BONDS' of KPI Green Energy Limited aggregating INR 670 crore. Disclosure is attached herewith.
