Tata Investment - Retirement

Tata Investment Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange about Retirement of Vice-Chairman Mr. Farokh Subedar (DIN: 00028428), on attaining the age of 70 years, as Non-Independent - Non-Executive Director of the Company in line with Tata Governance Guidelines adopted by the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on September 24, 2025.
