Apollo Hospitals has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended September 30, 2025

As of September 2025, 28.02% is owned by Indian Promoters and 71.98% by Public.

Institutional holds 65.32% (Insurance Companies 3.46%) and Non-Institutional holds 6.43% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Apollo Hospitals company are M/s. PCR Investments Ltd (272.23 lakhs shares / 18.93%), Ms. Suneeta Reddy (29.37 lakhs shares / 2.04%), Ms. Sangita Reddy (24.33 lakhs shares / 1.69%), Ms. Shobana Kamineni (22.40 lakhs shares / 1.56%) and Mr. K Vishweshwar Reddy (15.77 lakhs shares / 1.10%).
