HFCL - Intimation Of ESG Rating By CFC Finlease Private Limited

In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, we wish to inform that CFC Finlease Private Limited (CFC), has assigned an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Rating of '73' to the Company, vide its communication received on October 08, 2025. \r\n\r\nThe rating reflects the Company's strong commitment towards sustainable growth, environmental stewardship, social responsibility and sound corporate governance practices.\r\n\r\nPlease note that the Company has not engaged CFC for ESG Rating. CFC has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to the Company, available in the public domain.
