HDFC AMC Q2 net profit up 24.47% at Rs 718.06 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 718.06 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 576.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.65 per cent at Rs 1,026.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 887.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.04 per cent to Rs 225.37 crore from Rs 183.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.80 per cent at Rs 95.88 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 170.61 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.73 per cent to Rs 800.67 crore as against Rs 704.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.66 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 40.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 44.10 per cent at Rs 157.53 crore (Sep'24 Rs 281.80 crore).
