Mittal Sections Ltd. debuts with 20.00% discount at Rs 114.40

Mittal Sections Ltd. makes a weak debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 114.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 20.00 per cent discount to its issue price of Rs 143.00.

The company, which raised 0.37 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 2.22 times, receiving bids for 82.14 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 37.00 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Oct 07 to Oct 09.

Following a weak opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 114.40 and a low of Rs 108.70, before closing the session up by 23.98 per cent to its listing price at Rs 108.70 on the BSE.
