Nestle India Q2 net profit down 23.64% at Rs 753.20 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 753.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 986.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 23.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.31 per cent at Rs 5,630.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5,104.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.96 per cent to Rs 4,406.97 crore from Rs 3,936.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 76.09 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.86 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.90 per cent to Rs 1,236.64 crore as against Rs 1,167.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.02 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 44.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 46.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.35 per cent at Rs 275.32 crore (Sep'24 Rs 325.23 crore).
