Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Ltd. makes a flat debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 106.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 0.00 per cent discount to its issue price of Rs 106.00. On the National Stock Exchange, the stock was listed at Rs 106.00.

The company, which raised 23.75 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 1.91 times, receiving bids for 4,536.25 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 2,375.00 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under B Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Oct 10 to Oct 14.

Following a flat opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 112.75 and a low of Rs 105.95, before closing the session up by 5.18 per cent to its listing price at Rs 111.50 on the BSE.
