ICICI Bank - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

The Board of Directors at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Ms. Vijayalakshmi Iyer (DIN: 05242960), as Additional (Independent) Director, for a term commencing from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2030, subject to the approval of shareholders. Ms. Vijayalakshmi Iyer is not related to any Director of the Bank. Ms. Vijayalakshmi Iyer is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
