Om Freight Forwarder Q1 net profit down 66.33% at Rs 2.99 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 66.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.52 per cent at Rs 94.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.80 per cent to Rs 88.91 crore from Rs 105.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 387.50 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 62.55 per cent to Rs 5.52 crore as against Rs 14.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.24 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 67.52 per cent at Rs 1.02 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.14 crore).
