Saatvik Solar Industries Secures Rs 17.99 cr Order for Supply of Solar PV Modules

Saatvik Green Energy Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted an order worth Rs 17.99 crore from a renowned domestic Independent Power Producer (IPP) for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

The order, which is a repeat contract, is scheduled to be executed by the end of December 2025.

The company confirmed that the transaction does not involve any related party and that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.

Saatvik Solar Industries continues to strengthen its position as a reliable supplier in the renewable energy sector through consistent domestic partnerships and high-quality solar module deliveries.
