Modis Navnirman Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, inter aha, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, for half year ended September 30th, 2025 and any other business as may be considered fit and appropriate. Further, as informed earlier, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 1st, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of results i.e., November 6th, 2025 (both days inclusive).
