Transcorp Inter Q2 net profit zooms 104.55% at Rs 0.90 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 104.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 48.77 per cent at Rs 247.89 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 483.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 49.12 per cent to Rs 246.28 crore from Rs 484.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.26 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 994.44 per cent to Rs 1.61 crore as against Rs -0.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1725.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 29.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.15 crore).
