Garuda Construction - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Award_of_Order_Receipt_of_Order

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we hereby inform you that Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited ('the Company') has received a work order worth approximately of Rs. 1,416 Crores (inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes) regarding civil Work of Development and Construction of 3 high-end residential towers complex named 'Powai Heights' at Chandivali, Taluka Ghatkopar, Mumbai.\r\nThe total order book of the Company stands at Rs. 4,876.78 Crores (approx.) as on date.\r\nThe detailed disclosure as required is enclosed as Annexure - A\r\nRequest you to kindly take the same on record.
