JSW Holdings Q2 net profit down 49.60% at Rs 59.61 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 59.61 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 118.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 48.47 per cent at Rs 83.57 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 162.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.69 per cent to Rs 3.62 crore from Rs 3.72 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 49.54 per cent to Rs 79.96 crore as against Rs 158.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.09 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 49.37 per cent at Rs 20.35 crore (Sep'24 Rs 40.19 crore).
