Glance Finance L Q2 net profit down 92.86% at Rs 0.07 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.50 per cent at Rs 7.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.00 per cent to Rs 7.43 crore from Rs 10.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 92.86 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.57 per cent to Rs 2.05 crore as against Rs 3.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.34 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 35.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.40 crore).
