Inspirisys Solutions Q2 net profit zooms 161.48% at Rs 7.06 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.06 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 161.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.63 per cent at Rs 117.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.45 per cent to Rs 106.22 crore from Rs 77.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.31 per cent at Rs 2.22 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 150.67 per cent to Rs 11.18 crore as against Rs 4.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 74.36 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 48.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 357.61 per cent at Rs 4.21 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.92 crore).
