Total Transport Sys Q2 net profit down 13.30% at Rs 2.02 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.71 per cent at Rs 134.52 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 161.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.47 per cent to Rs 130.42 crore from Rs 158.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 93.04 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.82 per cent to Rs 4.10 crore as against Rs 3.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.20 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 3.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.75 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.57 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
