Emami Q2 net profit down 14.83% at Rs 182.34 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 182.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 214.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.74 per cent at Rs 604.47 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 709.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.49 per cent to Rs 436.85 crore from Rs 482.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 56.18 per cent at Rs 53.85 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 34.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.94 per cent to Rs 167.62 crore as against Rs 226.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.13 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 22.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 123.17 per cent at Rs -1.49 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.43 crore).
