Ganesha Ecosphere Q2 net profit down 61.38% at Rs 7.82 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.58 per cent at Rs 259.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 255.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.82 per cent to Rs 251.18 crore from Rs 228.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 57.23 per cent at Rs 10.66 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.78 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 69.27 per cent to Rs 8.17 crore as against Rs 26.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 69.77 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 206.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.42 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.78 per cent at Rs 2.62 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.68 crore).
