Surya Roshni Ltd Q2 net profit zooms 105.57% at Rs 74.13 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 74.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 36.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 105.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.69 per cent at Rs 1,845.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,528.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.89 per cent to Rs 1,726.81 crore from Rs 1,452.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 151.23 per cent at Rs 22.51 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 8.96 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 55.04 per cent to Rs 118.20 crore as against Rs 76.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.46 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 41.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 115.34 per cent at Rs 25.41 crore (Sep'24 Rs 11.80 crore).
