Container Corpor Q2 net profit up 1.54% at Rs 376.75 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 376.75 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 371.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.99 per cent at Rs 2,351.36 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,283.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.36 per cent to Rs 1,782.52 crore from Rs 1,708.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.28 per cent at Rs 95.89 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 130.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.06 per cent to Rs 568.84 crore as against Rs 574.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.93 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 17.74 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.16 per cent at Rs 127.54 crore (Sep'24 Rs 121.28 crore).
