Shriram Properties posts Q2 net loss of Rs 9.26 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 9.26 crore compared to net profit of Rs 1.85 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 290.38 per cent at Rs 65.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 192.51 per cent to Rs 90.97 crore from Rs 31.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.07 per cent at Rs 21.36 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 20.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 78.41 per cent to Rs -25.62 crore as against Rs -14.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 54.30 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 37.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.74 per cent at Rs -3.72 crore (Sep'24 Rs -9.24 crore).
