Asian Paints Ltd. - Dividend Payment Date

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today approved an interim dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share of face value Re. 1 each for the financial year ending March 31,2026. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after 27th November 2025.
