Afcom Holdings Q2 net profit zooms 201.65% at Rs 54.99 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 54.99 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 18.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 201.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 391.37 per cent at Rs 240.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 601.44 per cent to Rs 170.38 crore from Rs 24.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 149.65 per cent at Rs 3.52 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 183.99 per cent to Rs 69.89 crore as against Rs 24.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 42.19 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 8.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 162.13 per cent at Rs 15.99 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.10 crore).
