Repco Home Finance L Q2 net profit down 4.95% at Rs 106.94 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 106.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 112.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.90 per cent at Rs 443.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 415.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 93.07 per cent to Rs 50.95 crore from Rs 26.39 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 95.21 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 12.73 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.36 per cent to Rs 394.13 crore as against Rs 388.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.18 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 2.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 244.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.80 per cent at Rs 35.50 crore (Sep'24 Rs 40.25 crore).
