Lakhotia Polyesters Q2 net profit down 47.37% at Rs 0.60 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 47.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 70.36 per cent at Rs 7.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 68.63 per cent to Rs 7.36 crore from Rs 23.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 113.33 per cent at Rs 1.28 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 131.82 per cent to Rs -0.21 crore as against Rs 0.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 207.69 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
