Grovy India Q2 net profit zooms 1800.00% at Rs 0.38 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.38 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1800.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1247.75 per cent at Rs 14.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1115.83 per cent to Rs 14.59 crore from Rs 1.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 307.14 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 511.11 per cent to Rs 0.37 crore as against Rs -0.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 130.10 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.42 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
