Aarnav Fashions Q2 net profit up 10.23% at Rs 2.37 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.37 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.93 per cent at Rs 133.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 104.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.69 per cent to Rs 126.41 crore from Rs 97.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.79 per cent to Rs 7.39 crore as against Rs 7.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.94 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 5.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.11 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
