Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Company through circular resolution dated November 14, 2025, has approved grant of 100,000 options to an eligible employee of the Company.
