The Board of Directors ('Board') of Rex Sealing and Packing Industries Limited ('Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., November 14, 2025, inter alia, transacted the following business:\r\n1. Financial Results ÿ(a) Considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Statements and Results\r\nof the Company for the half year ended September 30 2025.
