Adcounty Media India Q2 net profit up 32.62% at Rs 4.35 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.99 per cent at Rs 16.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.86 per cent to Rs 11.73 crore from Rs 9.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 975.00 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.73 per cent to Rs 4.97 crore as against Rs 4.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.76 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 500.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 48.65 per cent at Rs 1.65 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.11 crore).
