Shringar House of Ma Q2 net profit jumps 42.46% at Rs 22.85 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.85 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.09 per cent at Rs 528.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 416.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.69 per cent to Rs 496.24 crore from Rs 391.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 575.00 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 33.61 per cent to Rs 32.56 crore as against Rs 24.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.12 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 18.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.17 per cent at Rs 7.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.87 crore).
