Infosys Unveils AI-First Model to Transform GCCs into Innovation Hubs

Infosys has launched a new AI-first model designed to accelerate the setup and transformation of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) into advanced, innovation-led hubs.

According to a regulatory filing, the solution enables enterprises to reposition their GCCs as strategic assets that foster innovation, strengthen agility, and build competitive advantages in an AI-driven landscape.

Infosys said the AI-first GCC Model offers an end-to-end framework—from comprehensive setup support to scalable talent strategies and operational readiness—while driving AI-led transformation through production-grade agents and a unified platform fabric.
