The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) has invited proposals from eligible entrepreneurs to establish NABL-accredited Food Testing Laboratories under the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Infrastructure (FSQAI) component of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana (PMKSY). Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Scheme Guidelines dated 12 November 2025, available on the Ministry’s website.

Online Submission Only:

Applications are to be submitted exclusively through https://www.sampada-mofpi.gov.in/

under the “PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA” section. Physical submissions will not be accepted.

Last Date:

The deadline for submission is 20 January 2026, 17:00 hrs.

Application Fee:

A non-refundable Demand Draft, as prescribed in the guidelines, must be uploaded as a scanned copy. The original must reach the Ministry within one week after the submission deadline. The DD should be payable to:

“Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi.”

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2 December 2025 at 2:30 PM at Room No. 120, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Panchsheel Bhawan, New Delhi.
