Ather Energy - Intimation Of Grant Of Stock Options Under Ather Energy ESOP 2025

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Dislcosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\SEBI Listing Regulations\), we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (\NRC\) of the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited (\Company\) has approved the grant of 24,231 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 (\ESOP Plan\) to eligible employees of the Company on November 28, 2025.
