Divine Hira Jewellers Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'This is to inform you that the Company had submitted its Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, on November 10, 2025. Upon review, a typographical error was identified in the previously submitted results.The Earnings Per Share (EPS) as on September 30, 2025, was inadvertently stated as INR 4.77, whereas the correct EPS is INR 2.39. The revised Unaudited Financial Results reflecting the correct EPS are enclosed herewith.We confirm that there are no changes in the financial statements or any other material information, except for the correction mentioned above.'.
