Garuda Construction - Voting Result Of E-Voting In Relation To 01St Extra - Ordinary General Meeting For Financial Year 2025-

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act') read with the Rules made thereunder, Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations') and the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as amended, the Company had provided the facility to all the Members as on November 24, 2025, ('the Record Date\) to exercise their votes on the items of business given in the Notice through remote electronic voting system ('e-voting system') provided by the CDSL.\r\nThe remote e-voting period remained open from November 28 2025 (10.00 a.m.) to November 30 2025 (5.00 p.m.). \r\n\r\nWe are enclosing herewith, the Voting Results of the business transacted through the e-voting process.
